About Jenny

It has been my pleasure to work with my clients in the Ottawa region for over 7 years. As a registered massage therapist presently in Old Ottawa South, I strive to reach that ideal balance of therapeutic deep tissue myofascial techniques that are focused and specific and those long-sweeping Swedish techniques that soothe sore muscles and are meditative in quality.

Most of my clients are juggling the many facets of their lives – their careers, children, friends and family.  My treatments encourage the pivotal need to be quiet and to be present in ones’ body.

That said, some of my treatments can be intense.  My goal  is to find and respond to the exact needs of each client and execute a tailored treatment consistently well.  A wide range of needs can be treated through  light pressure and Swedish techniques, to the deep-tissue and specific treatments, that I tend to lean towards.

I currently work out of the Riverside Wellness  and Acupuncture Centre on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and  Friday with variable hours.  I am a part-time instructor for the Algonquin College massage therapy program, am a traveling enthusiast and dog and cat-lover.
